There is a very interesting website called TheStage.TV

Live open mic, video performances that last about 3 minutes for each musician.

Apparently, if you like what you see and hear, you can click a button, and extend the time

of the performer. You can also click the cheer button, and if other people have clicked the cheer

button, doing this produces a cheer commensurate to group audience input.

You ought to check it out, I would say it's a very cool way to spend a couple hours.
